A research project submitted to EC80, exploring behavior redesign through SNS/video app blocking and an alarm that is intentionally hard to stop.

How I Built
I turn vague ideas into things users can touch by reducing them to the smallest unit that can be tested.

Clarify who it is for, what situation it solves, and what should change.
Design the flow
Connect screens, landing pages, payment, registration, and notifications into one path.
Ship early
Release a usable version before trying to make everything perfect.
Improve with data
Look at downloads, purchases, completion rates, and reactions to decide what to change next.
